Currently in a critical period of the three major domestic carriers into a full-service operation. Services marketing theory by China Telecom in the field of government and enterprise customers service marketing organization, marketing, product, service improvements to China Telecom and the other operators in the market operation of government and enterprise customers to have a certain reference value.The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter briefly introduces the research background, significance, innovation, research methods, as well as government and enterprise customers and service marketing concepts and features.
