Relationship Between The Present Situation Of Agricultural Industry And Economic Development In Fujian

The problems in agriculture、rural areas and farmers are still among the prioritiesof the current Chinese modernization to be solved. From2007to2012,the NO.1document from the national central government has put forward the requirements todevelop modern agriculture, achieve the modernization of agriculture and accelerateto solve the issues in agriculture、rural areas and farmers. The government shouldstrive to build a high-quality and stable talent team of agriculture in order to promotethe innovative capacity for agricultural technology and enhance the transformationability, so that it can provide strong support in talent and technology for thedevelopment agriculture and rural economy. The regions are differences in economicbase, industrial structure,social development, ect. Based on the facts and the analysisof the development in economy and agricultural talent have become an importanttopic. In this paper, FuJian Province as the main object will be deeply analyzed anddiscussed.The governments at all levels in Fujian Province attache great importance toagricultural technology of innovation and promotion, agricultural science andtechnology contribution rate from21.94%to59.92%-69.94%at the "EleventhFive-Year" period, indicating the progress of agricultural science and technologyplayed a great role in promoting the development of agricultural production in Fujianprovince, but has not become the most important driving force in the development ofagricultural production, including the construction of agricultural personnel is one ofthe key issues. Fujian province in agricultural talent there is a single mode, pooradaptability, the fuzzy targeting, the agricultural personnel training system lacksmotivation, poor run, the poor protection, which resulted in a scale of the event andtraining, reasonable structure, good quality agricultural falls far short of therequirements of the personnel. The agricultural personnel how to build is a majorissue in the government, society and schools. Therefore, how to base on theagricultural economic development and strengthen the construction of agriculturalpersonnel，which have became important issues to resolve in Fujian province.Through statistical analysis and research on the status of agricultural industry talentsin Fujian province, this paper has in-depth exploration about the existence of theproblem and its root causes, and then it propose the measures to strengthen theconstruction of agricultural industry talents in Fujian province. In this paper, it includes following five major areas:(1) Introduction. It includesthe background, research objectives, significance and content.(2) The relevant theoryand research progress. It is mainly from human resources theory, including humanresource development and the associated economic theory to sort out, and then itsummarizes agricultural industry talents training model and the path of construction.(3) Analysising the status of the construction of agricultural industry talents in Fujianprovince. It Analysises the status of agricultural economic development, varioustraining model, the agricultural policy of talent team construction, the constructionsituation of various talent team in agriculture, ect.(4) The construction problems andcause analysis of agricultural industry talents team in Fujian.(5) Research conclusionsand policy suggestions. It summarizes the paper,mainly according to the currentsituation of talent team、existing problems and cause analysis, then it puts forwardrelevant policy suggestions.
