With economy’s development, during project management operation in enterprises,more and more enterprises are confronting challenges of managing multiple projects inthe process of enterprise management, while the resource is always limited andinadequate for most enterprises. Under the situation of multiple projects’ running, itusually involves sharing and conflicts between different projects on resources probablyincluding equipments, human resource, funds, and time etc.How to apply a project management method scientific enough to allocate limitedresource sufficiently to different projects, so that new products can be efficientlybrought in and output; management and operation can be improved; max output andprofit, market demand in massive production and competitiveness can be gained.Nowadays those items have all become the focus and hot-point for project managementresearch and practice. This thesis uses the projects scheduling management samples from the concreteproject groups and uses the theory and tool of project management, to have particularlyanalyzed the aspects of organization structure, projects, projects’ targets, and resourcecoverage, through the aspects of schedule and control, procedure mapping, scopeplanning of concrete project operations, it summarizes and analyses the typical issuesin multiple projects management and how to utilize the technical tools to resolve them,and then the authors provides the thoughts and ways how to improve them so as toachieve maximum profits of enterprises eventually in short-term and long-term, and hitthe target of project management, either from the starting point or final purpose.
