Due to the slow growth of the global economy, China has carried forward withmoderate economic policies, and a series of policies has been put in place to preventthe overgrowth of the real estate and CPI. Under this certain macroeconomicenvironment, there are impacts on the domestic individual economy: inflation is wellunder controlled, but at the same time created the shortage of social capital, most of theprivate enterprises are facing the shortage of capital chain, therefore impact on thephysical economy. In the mean time, with the slow recovery of the internationaleconomy, the European debt crisis and the U.S. of QE3fiscal cliff, has caused thereduction in global consumption. As the world factory outlet, China’s export crunches, alarge number of Chinese export enterprises are facing difficulties.As a result of the absence of government support, all types of private enterprisesare once again in a difficult situation..This thesis focuses on a medium-sized private enterprises DYF, which is a produceand export labor-intensive enterprises. This enterprise is facing the negative impact ofthe weak by the mitigation of environmental challenges and international markets forthe past two years, the process of socio-economic development, mining the value of theassets of the enterprise itself, to seize the government policy planning, direction,combined with the enterprise local market situation, the case for effective corporaterestructuring. The enterprises of industrial restructuring, divestitures, strategic alliances,joint ventures and four actions is to be analyzed in this article the focus of the study.Through this reorganization, the DYF company to achieve industrial upgrading,the asset value to improve the activity of the enterprise industry bodies to complete thetransition from production-oriented enterprises to diversify operations of industrialcompanies. For many domestic needs restructuring of enterprises to provide a referencevalue, in order to reduce the blindness of the reorganization process, reducere-integration brings a new dilemma.From internal and external business environment and business status quo, analyzesthe enterprises are facing practical difficulties and the need for restructuring. The research focus is in the process of enterprise restructuring in transition, decompositionof the significance of the various restructuring actions, the efficiency of the economicevaluation of the restructuring action the feasibility and restructuring of theorganizational structure, financial condition, operating model.
