Research On The Comparative Study Of Social Capital Of Private Enterprises Between Jiangsu Pro. And Zhejiang Pro. Based On Industrial Clusters

In the industrial clusters, enterprises, industries, associations, universities, government, formed a complex network of social capital. It is the driving force for sustainable development of industrial clusters. Planted with local social capital, there are differences in the operational mode of social capital due to different regions. This paper attempts to select private enterprises in original industrial clusters in Zhejiang and in embedded industrial clusters in Jiangsu, to do comparative analysis to their social capital and to get an access to optimize social capital of clusters so as to promote industrial clusters to develop better.⑴I n the fundamental research part ,this paper describes the relative literature of foreign and domestic research in detail, introduces background and significance of research on social capital of industrial clusters. The concept of social capital in industrial clusters is defined in this part, laying a foundation for further research later.⑵In the social capital of industrial clusters and its composition part, analysis of the composition, characteristics and function of the social capital of private cluster enterprises is given; The current status of industrial clusters in Jiangsu and Zhejiang, and the argument that economic development is inseparable from the region's cultural background is concluded. In this part, analysis of humanistic background of the original industrial clusters in Zhejiang and the embedded industrial clusters in Jiangsu is finally given.⑶In the factors comparative analysis part , social capital is specifically divided into a number of factors, including access to resources, entrepreneurs social networks, the relations between enterprises and other organizations in the clusters. Make a comparative analysis of original industrial clusters in Zhejiang and embedded industries clusters in Jiangsu to sum up their similarities and differences. The results of the comparison are given finally in the part.⑷Finally, on the basis of the factors comparative analysis of social capital,it presents the defects in original industrial clusters in Zhejiang and embedded industrial clusters in Jiangsu in the course of the social capital operation and gives some proposals of optimizing the social capital.
