30years of reform and opening up, Chinese private enterprises have becomeimportant force to promote China’s social and economic development. With thedeepening reform of state-owned enterprises and China’s accession to the global market,the private enterprises face increasingly tough competitive environment. With the trendof knowledge economy and economic globalization, technological innovation becomesmore and more important and urgent for the private enterprises. On the basis ofcollecting related information and unscrambling innovation strategy theory, the papertakes “M Company” as the study object. The study of technological innovation strategymay conduct Chinese private enterprises, and has important practical significance.The paper follows the model of “raise questions-analysis-solve the problem”, takesM Company as the research paradigm, and analyzes Chinese private enterprisestechnological innovation strategy. Its main contents are as follows:Firstly, based on theories of “strategy management” and “innovation strategy”, thepaper analyzes the internal and external environment of Chinese private enterprises andexplains the necessity of implementation of technological innovation strategy.Secondly, with the external and internal analysis of M’s development strategyincluding background, macro-economy and politics, core competence, internal andexternal resources. On the basis of SWOT analysis, the innovation strategy target andfocus is confirmed.Finally, this paper works out the innovation strategy development program and aim.With the application of technology, human resources management and institutioninnovation theory, the business of the company can be integrated, and the wholecompetitiveness can be improved.The paper can be a strategically guideline for the developing of M Company insome years as well as valuable reference for other private enterprises in similar status.
