Impact On Bank Performance Of Commercial Banking Services Outsourcing

The banking industry will pay more and more attention on technology innovation,business innovation, etc.With the continuous improvement of China’s financial market openness, commercial banking services outsourcing develop quickly. Bank service outsourcing is intercepted the essence of the enterprise value chain link to high profits and reduce its business scope, put the limited concentrate resources allocation in the enterprise strong field, in order to highlight the bank competitive advantage, reduce operating costs.The key studies of this paper has analyzed influence of our country commercial bank service outsourcing to bank performance. This paper is tightly around two aspects:our country commercial bank service outsourcing activities and the change of bank performance,combines norms and empirical research methods.First of all,from the transaction cost theory, value chain theory, core competence theory,analysis commercial bank service outsourcing to bank performance influence mechanism The article specifically analysis of the path about the impact of services outsourcing on commercial banks’ performance. And select13commercial banks’datas from2001-2010for the empirical analysis. Studies have shown that:The financial services outsourcing has negative impact on bank profitability in the short-term,but in long-term,the impact is positive. The impact on efficiency, security and stability of the bank is neither significant in short-term,while the impact on security and stability is positive,but the impact on efficiency is negative in long-term. Make Sure the positive role of the development of service outsourcing in commercial bank. Finally in this research, based on our country commercial bank in the development of service outsourcing is insufficient,the author has some suggestions to help the development of banking services outsourcing.
