Research On The Growth And Strategic Guarantee Mechanism Of Agricultural Product Processing Enterprises With Synergetics

We all know that, agricultural product processing industry is the foundation of thenational economy, and it is the guarantee for people’s livelihood. The agricultural productprocessing enterprises also play an important role in the process of agriculturalindustrialization in China. However, with the development of the information economy, thenetwork economy and the knowledge economy, the enterprise’s internal environment and theexternal that enterprises depend on for existence shifts from relatively stable static to dynamic,complex, changeable and full of uncertainty. The management model of existing enterprise ismore and more difficult to maintain the survival and growth of the agricultural productprocessing enterprises, and the life of enterprises becomes shorter and shorter, so the problemof how to make enterprises grow sustainably has become more and more tough.Firstly, the thesis hackles the previous literature and information, summarizes theexisting research of the growth of agricultural product processing enterprises from thesynergetics perspective, and makes an objective evaluation. This conclusion verifies the assumption of a causal relationship between thecoordination index of the enterprise growth subsystem and the order degree of the growthperformance system. Fourthly, it utilizes the Boolean algebra theory to study the complex self-organization evolution process of the agricultural product processing enterprises growthsubsystem, determines the order parameter of the agricultural product processing enterprisessystem based on the theory of corporate life cycle, and studies the servo mechanism oflearning ability and enterprise culture two order parameters on the collaborative process of theenterprise growth subsystem. Finally, in order to guarantee coordination and promote theenterprise’s growth, it constructs the strategic guarantee mechanism of the growth of theagricultural product processing enterprises which is focused on coordination to protectsynergistically and orderly development of the enterprise growth subsystem.The study of the growth and strategic guarantee mechanism of the agricultural productprocessing enterprises from the collaborative perspective, is conducive to grasp the generallaw of the growth of the agricultural product processing enterprises, to enrich the enterprisegrowth theory, and to improve the strategic management theory; It is good to promote theagricultural product processing enterprises’ sustainable and healthy growth, to enhance thecompetitiveness of the agricultural industry and promote coordinated development of regionaleconomy.
