Marx’s Theory of International Value is the basis of the Marxist theory of international trade, and it reflected in international economic relations and re-developed Marx’s labor theory of value, which plays important role in guiding the development of international trade. Though Marx had no monograph of the international value theory, from the ideological penetration in the extensive literature and writings on the theory of international value, can be traced back to the ideas of Marx’s Theory of International Value bud formation and historical trajectory. Marx’s Theory of International Value proposed that the international value is the Metrics of the trade in the international market. The law of value applies equally in international trade, which forms the international law of value, regulates and guides the development of international trade. Because of the differences in labor productivity and labor intensity, science and technology and the relative value of currencies of every country, which brings that in international exchange, mutually beneficial, but the profit of a country, another country less profitable inequality.Compared Marx’s theory of International value with Western International trade theory, we can see the Marx’s theory of International value is scientific and contemporary significance. Stand on the position of the majority of laborers, revealing the substance of inequality and exploitation of developing countries in developed countries in the development of international trade. Adhere to Marx’s theory of international value, and help to improve the position of developing countries in the international division of labor, to safeguard the interests of developing countries. At the same time, for the establishment and maintenance of a new world economic order has strategic significance. Sino-US trade as a case analysis of Sino-US trade inequality is caused by inadequate international competition, the formation of differences in the ability of the international value and the re-allocation of the surplus value in the international trade. Better reveal the essence of exploitation of the developed capitalist countries to developing countries, in order to safeguard the interests of developing countries. It proved that the Marx’s theory of International value is scientific and has very important contemporary significance. Marx’s theory stand the thin polished with scrutiny, the theory for the development of contemporary economic and social and a new world economic order establishment and maintenance, especially for the development of developing countries has important strategic significance. Which requires us to actively develop scientific and technological level and improve labor productivity; constant pursuit of technological innovation, cultivate competitive advantage; upgrade the structure of export commodities, improve its position in the international division of labor; optimize the industrial structure, foster acquired comparative advantage industry; development of international trade in services, improve trade structure.The theory services for reality. With the diversification of the world economy and globalization, the more value problems occur, such as the variety of the value created by new forms of labor issues, such as service labor, innovative labor; globalization regional value brought about by the formation of regional blocs. The scientific and practical of Marx’s Theory of International Value requires it should continue to move forward with the practice, and pay enough attention to the new value problems.
