With the rapid development of Internet and mobile network services, modern society has stepped into an information era. The growing number of Internet users reveals that because of the characters of network the public are more and more dependent on the network. At the meanwhile the characters of network let the enterprise in flash, greatly improving the enterprise’s risk coefficient. The situation makes enterprises have to understand and learn to use the network. It is bound to cause great reform of the enterprise daily management.Although in the high risk network environment, it provides many opportunities for the enterprise crisis public relations:expand the influence, enhance the affinity, and make the public opinion monitoring come true and so on. But the unlimited network not only stimulates the crisis, but also spreads and worsens the crisis much easier. It great challenges the enterprise crisis public relations under the network environment:the crisis public relations strategies that are proper or not determine the survival of enterprises. It is urgent for the enterprises to recognize the status quo of the network rapidly and find suitable crisis public relations strategies that want to keep on moving in the network environment which is full of crisis. This paper is starting from defining some related key concepts like public relations, crisis, crisis management and crisis public relations. It not only makes some suggestions on the enterprise crisis strategies in the network environment by analyzing the challenges and opportunities that the network brings to the enterprises crisis public relation concretely, but also contrasts the enterprise crisis public relations strategies in the network environment with that in traditional environment, and finds out the wrong regions that the enterprises crisis public relations in the network environment perhaps fall in. By explaining those aspects makes the enterprises know how to implement the crisis public strategies in the network environment.
