Ecological Evaluation Of Industrial Parks In Jiang-Xi Province

With the worsening conditions of environment and the growing conflict betweeneconomic and resources，taking industrial parks as a breakthrough point and pursuingcoordinated development among economic environment and society is the best choice torealize the new industrialization and modernization. Therefore while the development goalof industrial park has changed, It’s the time that we should explore and innovate theevaluation system and method of industrial park, so as to provide basis for themeasurement and prediction of industrial parks’ ecological development.Based on lots of the reference materials, this paper reviews and summarizes theprevious achievements about Chinese ancient ecological philosophy, Max’s ecologicalthought and western ecological research as the theoretical basis of ecological theory. Andalso elaborate the definition, connotation, core content and basic elements of ecologicaltheory. Make constructions of ecological evaluation index system which is composed bythe target layer, the main criterion layer, criterion layer, variable quaternary layer. We usethe goal of ecological development of industry parks as the target layer, the norm ofecological economy, ecological environment an ecological society as the criterion layer,the indicator of circular economy, greening level, pollution control level, ecologicalmanagement and ecological consciousness as the criterion layer. According to thecharacteristics of the industrial park,a large number of documents and the relevant national,provincial standards,selected23specific index as variable quaternary layer. In thisway,from the top to the bottom, constructed a ecological evaluation index system ofindustrial park with clear goals and coherence logic.On this basis, make application of analytic hierarchy process(ahp) to determine theweight of each index in ecological evaluation index system and applied to the industrialparks in Jiangxi province, calculated ten industrial parks’ ecological development index,ecological economy index, ecological environmental index, ecological social index. In thelast, put forward the corresponding recommendations for industrial parks’ development ofJiangxi.
