Study On The Interest Of Agriculture Related Organizations In Dali County

Like the Household Contract Responsibility System and township enterprises meteoricrise, the development of the agricultural industrialization in the1990s has become animportant means of promoting agricultural modernization and another great initiative. After20years of development and exploration, the connotation of the industrialization ofagriculture has changed tremendously. In the research of agricultural industrialization, peoplefound many kinds of links of interest, like “the company+peasant household”,“the company+base+farmers”,“the company+association+base of farmers”,“branch+association+company+peasant household”,“the company+park+farmers”,“organization+farmer+enterprise marketing”. In these modes is almost always one thing in common, whichcompanies need an intermediary organization to contact with farmers. July1,2007, thePeople’s Republic of China Farmer Cooperatives Act began the trial, the legal status ofcooperatives has been established, the number and size expanded rapidly, the development ofcooperatives bridged the gap between agriculture-related enterprises and farmers, but alsobrought competition and challenges.This article is based on the interviews to cooperatives, enterprises and governmentofficials in Weinan City, Baoji City, Xingping City and the Yangling Demonstration Zone, inShaanxi Province, and select Dali County, Weinan City, as the research priorities, to come toconclusions. There are three mode of cooperation, integration of property rights betweenenterprise and cooperation, cooperation in the purchase and sale contracts and balanced gamecooperation. Combined with the reality, we use the hypothesis of rational man, the gametheory and the profit function model based on the distribution of benefits factor to analysis thelinks of interest form and the distribution of benefits. Based on the location and contents ofthe different modes in the agricultural production processes, we successfully create8interpretation of the agricultural production co-path. The articles selected three cases,combined with three kinds of modes on the theoretical analysis methods and results wereanalyzed. All of these cases are real. The analysis found that these object selected in the Shaanxi region is still not completely successful, most cooperation stay in a particular aspectof the production process of cooperation, there are still many problems to be optimized andresolved.Combined with the problems existed in the research to cooperatives and enterprisesabove, I propose:(1) To support and guide the development of cooperatives;(2) To encourageand support the development of enterprise on the aspect of agricultural product processing,distribution and sales;(3) The establishment of benefit-sharing, risk sharing Tam cooperationmechanisms.
