Research On Fujian Industrial Management Of Agriculture

China's industrialization of agriculture, is an productive and managerial method which works in the social market economic conditions,is market-oriented, based on the dominant industry of the local agriculture, by means of integrative management of all phases such as pre-production, work-in-process and post production, and aims at improving agriculture Productivity and reducing operational risks.Nearly 30 years of development practice shows that the industrial management of agriculture not only can solve the contradiction between Small-scale production of farmers and the big market, which exists in the rural household contract responsibility system in China,but also be proved to be an effective way of transforming from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. Report in 17th Communist Party point out that we must support the industrial management of agriculture and the development of leading enterprises, so as to take the road of modernization of agriculture with Chinese characteristics, and increase peasants' income. For the sake of promoting the rural economy as a sustained, rapid and healthy development, and accelerating the modernization of agriculture, in recent years, Fujian Province had sped up the pace of industrial management of agriculture. certainly, it had achieved certain harvest.However, there are still many problems about industrial management of agriculture in Fujian province to be studied further. Based on the previous research and the practice of various industrial management of agriculture model come from Europe, America, Japan and some other countries, This paper combines the theory and the practice together, then analyses the experience of the industrial management of agriculture and the major problems exists around all the province, and proposes the ideas and corresponding countermeasures of the further develpment of industrial management of agriculture in our province. It is expected that this research will help to promoting the increase of peasants' income, invigorating the rural economy and elimination of the gap between urban and rural areas.
