Study Based On Microfinance Of Rural Household In Yangling

Agriculture occupies large proportion in China, how to solve the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers, and promote the development of agriculture, rural areas and farmersis important to China. As a financial support to agriculture, microfinance can promote thedevelopment of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, with satisfying farmers’demand of money.Yangling is located in western China. Its productivity, quality of the labor force and thedevelopment of rural financial market are lower than eastern China, so to deal with theproblem of Yangling demand of microfinance in rural areas, should be practical and realisticwith the consideration of the fact in Yangling. Base on the farmers’ demand to find out the realwillingness of microfinance in Yangling. Provide some advice for the development of ruralfinancial and economy by analyzing the influential factors of farmers’ microfinance inYangling.Summarize the successful experience of microfinance to promote the development ofmicrofinance in Yangling with the definition of microfinance, theory of microfinance andsuccessful cases. By introducing the rural economy in yangling, find out the problems on thedevelopment of rural economic in Yangling.With the data collected in Yangling and multiplelinear regression model, I got a Conclusion that microfinance has a great contribution tofarmers’ income In Yangling. This paper analyzes the rural microfinance in Yangling, basedon the farmers’ angle with the combination of theory and practice, qualitative and quantitativemethods, macro and micro perspective. According to the factors, which are in connection withfarmers’ demand of microfinance in Yangling, to put forward hypotheses and theirdirections. Then, compare the conclution, which reach with the binary Logistic regressionmodel, with hypotheses and their directions to explain the results.By analyzing the actual data, we can draw the following conclusions: the seven factorswhich are composed of income, land areas, educational level, Village cadres, family burden,purchase intention of farm machinery and financial propaganda policy, have a significantimpact on the farmers’ demand of microfinance in Yangling. Among the factors, educationallevel, family burden, village cadres, purchase intention of farm machinery have a positiveeffect on the microfinance intentions of farmers in Yangling, while the income and land areashave a negative effect. Finally, After the analysis of the influencing factors on farmers, the paper puts forward practical suggestions to promote the development of farmers in yangling.
