Study On Rural Microfinance In Yangling District Of Shaanxi Province

A good environment for rural finance is an important factor to promote the development of rural economy, and a shortage of funds is a bottleneck restricting the development of rural economy, rural microfinance can meet the demand for capital in a certain extent, so the rural microfinance not only plays an important role in the development of rural areas, but also is acceptable for international social to solve the problem of rural poverty. Since the opening of microfinance in China, there have been many scholars to study the rural microfinance, and have made many achievements. But the development of China's rural areas in different regions are not balanced greatly, small microfinance in different regions may need different mode to adapt to the local economic environment, which requires the specific economic environment of the local research, and to develop the corresponding microfinance policy, then we can make microfinance policy to achieve the best effect which really help the poor farmers out of poverty. Yangling Agricultural High-tech Industries Demonstration Zone is the only Agricultural High-tech Industries Demonstration Zone in China, also is the microfinance demonstration base in Shaanxi province. Since the implementation of micro-credit policy, many small and medium-sized enterprises and farmers developed from the opportunity. However, due to some reasons, there are still some problems of microfinance operation in Yangling region. This paper tries to study the supply and demand situation of the rural microfinance in Yangling area, find out the existing problems, and puts forward some pertinent suggestions.
