Study On The Development Strategies Of China’s Textile Industry Based On Input-Output Analysis

The textile industry is the important forerunner industry in the national economy. The healthy development of the textile industry plays a very important role in promoting the development of related industries and the national economy. After decades of development, our country’s textile industry has become a more competitive industry in the traditional industries. However, with the continuous progress of the process of industry structure adjustment and industrial upgrading in our country, the traditional extensive pattern of economic growth of textile industry faces difficulties. How to successfully achieve the transformation and upgrading of the industry and get rid of the development predicament is a difficult problem in front of the development of the textile industry. It’s the key to promote further healthy development of the textile industry to comprehensively understand the characteristics of the development of the industry and problems and propose appropriate solutions timely. Among all the analysis, it’s greatly significant to reveal the development characteristics and problems of textile industry and perfect the related industrial policy through observing the input-output structure of the textile industry from the industry level, defining the quantitative relationship between the textile industry and other industries in the national economy and analyzing the problems of textile industry in the input-output structure and industrial correlation. Therefore, on the basis of qualitatively analyzing the development characteristics and the problems of our country’s textile industry, the paper conducts a comprehensive and in-depth quantitative analysis to the input-output structure and industry correlation of our country’s textile industry by using the method of input-output analysis, combined with related theoretical knowledge of industry economics. What’s more, the paper also puts forward suggestions for the development of the textile industry according to research results of qualitative and quantitative analysis in order to provide some reference for our country’s textile industry to get rid of the plight of industrial development and smoothly realize industrial upgrading.
