Abusive supervision as one of the destructive leadership behaviour which generallyexists in all kinds of organizations in China which is a high power distance country. Theprevious research focused on the consequence variable of Abusive supervision, and the resultsis fruitful. Maybe there should be more attention to which coping styles can decrease theimpact which the abusive supervision affect consequence variable. The coping styles of staffnot only benefits sound development of organizations, but also raise the health level of staff.This problem also gradually has become the focus of histology and mental health.This research adopts various statistical techniques including.Firstly, The copingstyles of abusive supervision in our country includes Reframing, Avoiding, Ingratiation,Positive action and Support-seeking. The reliability and validity of questionnaire of thecoping styles of abusive supervision achieve the psychometrics demand.Firstly, The coping styles of abusive supervision in our country includes Reframing,Avoiding, Ingratiation, Positive action and Support-seeking. The reliability and validity ofquestionnaire of the coping styles of abusive supervision achieve the psychometrics demand.Secondly, The demographic differences of coping styles. This research choosesgender, age, marital status, years of working, education background, enterprise nature asdemographic variables. Employees with different sexes have no significant differences incoping styles of abusive supervision which are in all dimensions; Employees in differentmarital status have no significant differences in coping styles of abusive supervision which are in all dimensions; Employees with different ages have no significant differences in copingstyles of abusive supervision which are in all dimensions; Employees with different workingage have no significant differences in coping styles of abusive supervision which are in alldimensions; Employees with different degree have no significant differences in coping stylesof abusive supervision which are in all dimensions; Employees with different enterprisenature have no significant differences in coping styles of abusive supervision which are in alldimensions.Finally, The research discussed the moderate effects of reframing, avoiding,support-seeking, but ingratiation and positive action have no the moderate effects.
