As a particularly negative leadership behavior,abusive supervision not only can result in many negative employee emotions such as anxiety,anger,weariness,depression,etc.and lower employee job involvement,poor work performance,bad life satisfaction,high turnover intention etc.,but also the employee counterproductive behavior occurrence like destroying the company equipment deliberately,no working without reason,wasting company resources,laughing at colleagues,etc.This will greatly do harm to company and its relative parties.Abusive supervision is the perception of subordinate.Since the emotion intelligence for any employee is different,and abusive supervision coping is also different,do they have an effect to counterproductive work behaviors? What effect do they play between abusive supervision and counterproductive behavior? Based on these background,after reviewing and analyzing the related literature of abusive supervision,counterproductive behavior,emotion intelligence and abusive supervision coping,it is proposed that emotion intelligence has a moderate effect and abusive supervision coping(avoidant coping and active coping)has a mediate effect between abusive supervision and counterproductive.To analyze and verify the paper's thesis,the questionnaire survey is carried out in the manufacturing company in Shenzhen and the data is collected from 287 effective surveys.Using SPSS22.0 statistical software,perform the data common method bias verification,verify the reliability and validity of scales with Cronbach's ?coefficient,KMO and Bartlett's verification and factor analysis,finally perform the correlation analysis and multi-level regression analysis to verify the research hypothesis.The result of empirical research analysis shows that abusive supervision is positively related to employees' counterproductive behavior,and the perception of abusive supervision is higher,the counterproductive behavior is more;the emotional intelligence has a negative moderation between abusive supervision and counterproductive behavior,the emotional intelligence of subordinate is higher,the abusive supervision induce less counterproductivebehavior;Two methods of abusive supervision coping(avoidant coping and active coping)play a partial mediation role in the relation between abusive supervision and counterproductive behavior.
