With the integration the global economy of our time, the competition among enterprises become more and more fierce, especially the competition for humans, the effective mechanism of human resource management has become an important way for enterprises to obtain competitive advantage. Job evaluation, an important part of enterprise human resources, is also important. It’s the foundation of salary level, a tool of evaluating job the relative value. The enterprise with a suitable job evaluation system itself can maintain its competitiveness in the society. In order to promote the sustainable development of the aerospace industry and maintain Aerospace Science and industry group’s core competence, this paper tries to design a complete set of job evaluation system of the production postions in China Aerospace Science&Industry Corp.(CASIC). The paper also want to the system can be used for the human resources of aerospace science and industry group.First, this paper introduces the concept, content, method and process of job evaluation. Then, the needs to establish the evaluation system of CASIC production skill post is analyzed. Based on Point-factor method, the paper design a job evaluation system for the evaluation system of Aerospace Science and industry group of hospitals in CASIC, it mainly introduces the basic principle, job evaluation process, the process of job description, job index system, marking table design and expert jury selection. Finally, the paper analyzes the implementation conditions and the expected result of the system. The Research shows that production skills evaluation system has a strong operational. It can be extended to the whole Aerospace Science and Industry Group production skills positions. This system provides the important basis for the salary distribution system, group of post grades and the establishment of human resource management.
