Job evaluation is a kind of a specialized management technology based on position as the core, according to certain standards and procedures to judge on organizational value of different posts contribution degree, and then establish job value sequence. There are a variety of methods of job evaluation, such as ranking method, classification method, factor comparison method, and point-factor method etc. On one hand, point-factor method can be used to post value quantization, on the other hand, it can accurately determine the relative value of each position, which apply to the enterprise has drastically position.Point-factor methodOn the one hand, it is a beneficial supplement of management theory by studying post evaluation, and it provides theoretical support for the market economic system reform, especially for establishing modern salary distribution system. On the other hand, it is also a theoretical level of bold and beneficial attempt by considering post evaluation technique as a perspective of system, instead of a solely research to job evaluation.This paper takes an enterprise as an example, is to build up the structure of positions according the value in the organization. It tries to evaluate all the positions and get the value of every position by the scientific method of evaluation. An efficiently job evaluation also need the right evaluation indexes, the good evaluation norm, the suitable proportion of each evaluation index. The Position wage system that builds up on the basis of the job evaluation of position management has solved the problem of the equity in the organization on the payment. It gets the employees' approbation. It motivates the enthusiasm of all the people and improves the organization's efficiency. At last, it is ensured that the wage become an availability means of motivation.
