Employee motivation is an extremely important part of enterprise human resource management,so enterprise managers are constantly exploring effective incentive measures to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees.Job evaluation helps to realize the fairness of salary distribution within the enterprise,and scientific job evaluation can help the enterprise to analyze the equivalence between job business ability and salary level.Job evaluation is helpful for enterprises to determine the salary system with salary structure and salary grade as the core more fairly.For the human resource management of enterprises,especially for the incentive function,job evaluation plays an important role.One of the key technologies in job evaluation is assigning the weight of each salary element index.The rationality of index weight distribution directly determines the fairness of job evaluation and job salary payment,so enterprises must make careful decision on the method of weight determination.In addition,when the job evaluation index system is applied to the process of job evaluation,the scientificity and effectiveness of the evaluation methods are directly related to the acceptability of the evaluation results.This paper takes the job evaluation in human resource management of HY Company as the main research object,focusing on the construction of evaluation index system,the determination of evaluation index weight and the treatment of evaluation results in the process of job evaluation.Taking the Point-factor Method as an example,aiming at the problem of fuzzy group decision-making in HY company's post evaluation,this paper introduces a more scientific method into the company's post evaluation process and verifies its effect on the basis of selecting relevant research results,and then explores more effective ways and accumulates some experience for the future job evaluation of HY company.
