Game Research On The Cooperation Between Enterprises In The Supply Chain Of Industrial Clusters Innovation

The global economy is growing rapidly in nowadays. In this case, industrial cluster plays an increasingly important role in many regions of China as an important form of economic development. Cluster market is constantly refine and spawned a multi-level supply chain with the gradual maturation of the development of industrial clusters recent years. As the enterprises increasing flexibility and improving market adaptability, it is inevitably that it has also limited its breakthroughs in key technologies to develop and market space. All of this makes enterprises have been difficult to rely on their own strength and traditional competition to remain invincible with the gradually accelerate technology updates, increasingly competitive market environment and the more and more complex and uncertain era of knowledge economy. Therefore, cooperation and innovation in the industry chain is an important way to maintain a competitive edge for the enterprises to achieve technological progress of the industrial clusters.In this paper, we analyzed the need for cooperative research and development of industrial clusters within the inter-enterprise supply chain and how to carry out R&D investment. We took the supply chain management, supply chain coordination, as well as regional economic development theory as the theoretical basis, and we also based on a tripartite game model. The main ideas and content of this article is:(1) This paper defined the concept of cluster supply chain under the theory of supply chain. And this article believes that industrial clusters have these adaptabilities:coordination with a complex supply chain diversity, integration, development stage as well as small and medium-sized enterprises generally.(2) Under the guidance of supply chain management theory, this paper divided the organizational model of the supply chain of industrial clusters into three forms:monocyte-style cluster supply chain organization mode, multi-core cluster organizational model of the supply chain, as well as non-nuclear cluster supply chain organization mode. And the multi-core clusters supply chain can be divided into the supply chain organization model of parallel multi-core, cross multi-core style and hybrid multi-core types.(3) Analyzed the necessity of inter-enterprise cooperation and innovation cluster supply chain under the guidance of the complementary advantages, resource sharing, risk sharing, innovation ability, the results of the use of, the flow of information.(4) Analyzed the co-investment, cooperation and innovation investment, investment allocation ratio to manufacturers, as well as cluster supply chain overall profits. It based on a model of cooperation between the cluster supply chain, suppliers of raw materials, intermediate manufacturer and distributor under the guidance of the tripartite game model. We draw relevant conclusions and demonstrated the validity of the model from the model of motorcycle industry cluster in Wenling, Zhejiang.(5) We proposed policy recommendations to promote the cooperation and development of the supply chain of industrial clusters:①The government should improve the sense of cooperation as well as cooperation of the cluster from the aspect of Policies and regulations, regional culture. And the government should strengthen the ability of scientific research achievements into practical productions, and promote the ability of the cluster upgrading the industrial structures, so as to lay the foundation for long-term regional economic development.②From the point view of industry, firstly, we should strengthen the various elements of information sharing and coordination of the industry chain cluster; Secondly, we should optimize the elements of the cluster which internal revenue is very low; Lastly, we should improve the construction of the node of the supply chain network coordinator of cluster.③From the point view of enterprises, firstly, the enterprises should strengthen their awareness of cooperative research, development and the establishment of technological innovation system; Secondly, the enterprises should increase research investment. Only in this way can we ensure the effective implementation of the R&D collaboration between the enterprises in the supply chain of industrial clusters.The innovation of this paper is:(1) Analyzed the meaning of the supply chain and the characteristics of industrial clusters, and divided the organization model systems of the cluster supply chain.(2)Build the tripartite game model of the cluster supply chain, proved the necessity of inter-enterprise collaboration on research and development of the supply chain, and draw the sum and allocation ratio of cluster supply chain cooperation between enterprises on R&D investment.(3) Proposed policy recommendations to enhance the core competitiveness of industrial clusters from the point of view of the cluster supply chain collaboration of R&D.Industrial cluster is an important organizational form of the regional economic development. Improve internal supply chain of industrial clusters cooperation between enterprises on R&D capability has a significant role in promoting regional economic development. From the study of above we can draw that the distribution ratio of cluster supply chain cooperation between enterprises on R&D investment as well as cooperation in R&D investment has a certain theoretical and practical significance to the drive regional economic growth.
