Cooperation Game And Profit Distribution Of Supply Chain Based On Mutual Trust

Abstract:Since the nineteen eighties, along with the accelerated process of global integration, and the deepening of cooperation and competition among enterprises, supply chain cooperation alliance came into being. The relationship of trust and reasonable profit distribution mechanism between the various enterprises of supply chain cooperation alliance are the foundation of stability of supply chain alliance. So this thesis focus on the game strategy and profit distribution problem of supply chain cooperation, based on the importance of the trust and the reasonable profit distribution in supply chain cooperation.Supply chain cooperation is a relatively stable cooperation game relation for many times. Exploring the connotation of trust from narrow and broad, generalized trust is the cornerstone of the game relation. Based on the cooperative game theory, three cooperation game models are put forward:the game without further influence, with pre and post influence and with continuous influence. Influence mechanism of the trust level on cooperative games is revealed. The models show that the cooperative relationship between enterprises in supply chain is related to their initial trust level and cooperative behavior. At the same time, the successful cooperation between enterprises contributes to raise the trust levels of enterprises and maintains the stability of supply chain cooperation alliance. Finally, supply chain trust guarantee mechanism, which consists of five aspects:reputation mechanism, partner selection, law mechanism, communication mechanism and benefit assignment, is analyzed on the basis of the game models.On profit distribution problem of supply chain cooperation, this thesis analyzes the principle of profit distribution. Then the elements which will affect supply chain cooperation benefit form are divided into resource elements and competition elements, based on the logistics production characteristic of supply chain cooperation alliance. Considered the supply chain production resources and effort level, internal management risk and external risk factors, this thesis has established the profit distribution model of supply chain cooperation on Shapley-Value, and has explored supply chain alliance trust game balance between the main member in the information symmetry and the Shapley-Value method. Lastly, this thesis has get a conclusion:the confidence level of cooperation is related directly with the enterprise status in the alliance, the role of profit contribution, other enterprises trust behavior and the input factors.
