How to use the talent and successfully complete the task is the essence of management. Human resources are the key resources of the organization that only have the initiative, enthusiasm and creativity. The process of the management should follow the principle of "people-oriented", fully respect and reflect the human nature.Only to carry out the responsible for employees, enterprises can satisfy the requirements as much as possible for staffs in working conditions, salary, benefits fair etc. So employees’ work-efficiency and creation can be inspired and promoted. Only to carry out the responsible for employees is conducive to build harmonious labor relations and improve employees’satisfaction and loyalty. Good labor-relations is conducive to enhance employees’sense of security and belonging. Enterprises can realize their sustainable development and develop the harmonious labor relations and promote our social stability.SASAC requires companies to release social responsibility-report on a regular basis in2012. CASS released the Chinese CSR-report in11,2012. According to the report, all kinds of the enterprises get low scores in the aspect of social responsibility. Out of a percentage, they gain only19.7as an average score. According to the survey, Chinese enterprises performing CSR are still in the primary stage. Seventy percent enterprises are serious lack of performing CSR. Due to the coal industry is in high risk, enterprises must fulfill their CSR for employees. The one-million-tons-mortality rate of Chinese coal industry has dropped to0.35that still with the United States nearly10times. The coal industry needs lots of Borehole operations. It is a labor-intensive industry. Because coal safety accident remains high, the employees do not get real life safety protection. Therefore, the coal enterprise performs the social responsibility to employees what is really more urgency and necessity. The article didn’t stand in the perspective of the whole social responsibility, while it is mainly from the staffs that are the main body of the stakeholders. This paper mainly studies on the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility to Employees on Employees’Satisfaction of Coal Mine Enterprises. It mainly found the similarities and differences of concerns between businesses and employees. And it found the important factors that influence employees’satisfaction. Through the study of this article, I hope that it can be able to provide a reference for coal industry which performs the CSR to employees.This paper is based on the theories of corporate social responsibility, organizational behavior, labor relations and so on. It adopts the research methods of the combination of qualitative and quantitative and theory with practice. It discusses the impact of corporate social responsibility for employees on employees’satisfaction and analyzes the current situation of performancing the employees’social responsibity of coal industry and employees’satisfaction and combes the impact of the contents of corporate social responsibility for employees on employees’satisfaction. It also builds the relationship madel between corporation social responsibility to employees and employees’ satisfaction. The paper chooses questionnaire to obtain data. Due to the limitation of time and energy, this article chooses coal enterprises from four provinces that are Shanxi, Shandong, Hebei, Jiangsu as the research-objects to getting the survey data and then develop the case study. Through EFA, the way verifies the construct-validity. Through CFA, the way verifies the scales’ structure-model to correspond to the actual data. The last; the paper chooses SEM to access path coefficient between CSR to employees and employees’ satisfaction. This paper divides the CSR to employees into four dimensions: economic responsibility, legal responsibility, moral responsibility and development of commitment-responsibility. And divides employees’satisfaction into two dimensions:internal satisfaction and external satisfaction. Judging by the coefficient, the paper can estimate the influence-degree.The results shows that coal enterprises’ CSR to employees have a positive influence on employees’ satisfaction. The influence degree of the economic responsibility for employees’ satisfaction is the most significant and then is the moral responsibility. However the legal responsibility and the development of commitment-responsibility for the employees’ satisfaction are not significant. According to this conclusion, this paper puts some targeted countermeasures and suggestions for improving employees’ satisfaction of coal enterprises. Finally, this paper hopes to improve the management of coal enterprises’ employees and employees’satisfaction.
