In recent years, the issue of corporate social responsibility(CSR)has been widely concerned by the society and the academia with the continuous improvement of the awareness of social responsibility.More and more enterprises have begun to pay attention to this issue. As a result, the concept of CSR has moved out of the category of pure altruism and is moving toward instrumental, strategic ratonalizations which is called the mature and enlightened egoism.More and more enterprises have built good relationships with internal and external stakeholders by aid of CSR activities. In the context of enterprises‘ active performance of CSR,the impact of employees‘ perceived CSR on their attitudes or behaviors has always been the focus of academic and practical circles. As a barometer of the relationship between employers and employees, employees‘ job satisfaction has always been the focus of enterprises. In order to know about how an enterprise can fulfill its social responsibility while maintaining a good relationship with its employees,it is necessary to explore the mechanism of employees‘ perceived CSR and job satisfaction.Above all,the research has practical significance and practical guiding value.By literature review, the research results at home and abroad have confirmed that employees‘ perception of CSR can bring positive results about employees and the basic mechanism of the two. These research results promote the progress of the theory and practice in the CSR field but the existing empirical researches have not went beyond the simplistic direct effect of CSR-outcomes.Based on the theory and empirical studies at home and abroad, this study combines with stakeholder theory, social exchange theory and justice theory and set up the chain mediation model of employees‘peceived CSR and job satisfaction which introduces the overall justice?organizational trust path. This study further explores the influence mechanism between the two which enriches and develops the research on CSR in the field of organizational behavior, and thus provides theoretical basis for enterprise practice. In the empirical study, this study firstly drew on the domestic and foreign mature scales to compile and issue the survey questionnaire and then used SPSS19.0 and AMOS21.0 to conduct the reliability test, the validity test, homologous variance test, correlation analysis, structural equation analysis,Bootstrap test and chain mediating effect test on the collected sample data. These following conclusions have been drawn from the research:(1)employees‘ perception of CSR(perceived employees‘ responsibility, perceived customers‘ responsibility, perceived social and nonsocial stakeholders‘ responsibility)has a obvious positive effect on job satisfaction;(2)the role of overall justice as partial mediators in how perceptions of CSR(perceived employees‘ responsibility, perceived customers‘ responsibility, perceived social and nonsocial stakeholders‘ responsibility)translate into employees‘ job satisfaction;(3)the role of organizational trust as partial mediators in how perceptions of CSR(perceived employees‘ responsibility, perceived customers‘ responsibility, perceived social and nonsocial stakeholders‘ responsibility)translate into employees‘ job satisfaction;(4)overall justice?organizational trust has a chain mediating effect on the relationship between CSR perception(perceived employees‘ responsibility, perceived customers‘ responsibility, perceived social and nonsocial stakeholders‘ responsibility)and employees‘ job satisfaction.According to the above conclusions, some suggestions are put forward from the perspective of enterprises and employees.Based on enterprises :(1)establish the overall concept of corporate social responsibility and attach great importance to the comprehensive interests of internal and external stakeholders who have important influence on enterprises;(2)attach importance to the internal propaganda on corporate social responsibility and internalize the awareness of corporate social responsibility into the hearts of employees;(3)consider ways to improve employees‘ job satisfaction from the perspective of corporate social responsibility.Based on employees: establish the awareness of CSR supervisors and actively participate in CSR activities in order to form a good interaction with enterprises.
