In the era of knowledge economy, the influence of human capital, a core resource of enterprise, on the steady operation and sustainable development of the enterprise, has being increasingly prominent. Therefore, enterprises fulfill their social responsibilities to employees, meeting different levels of employees’ demand in a positive way, could make employees producing positive emotional appeal, and being willing to work for the enterprise. This positive attitude, acting as a higher level of organizational commitment and job satisfaction, has a greater impact on the employees’ performance.On the basis of reviewing and analyzing the existing literatures, according to the stakeholder theory, hierarchy of need theory and social exchange theory, the paper puts forward a conceptual model and research hypothesizes at the individual level, along with the idea of “employees’ perception of corporate social responsibility to employees—organizational commitment/ job satisfaction —employee performance”. The paper compiles the initial questionnaire by using domestic and foreign mature scales for reference. Based on the small samples pretest, asking experts advices, the initial questionnaire is revised to form a formal investigation questionnaire.The questionnaire survey was conducted in enterprises of the Pearl River Delta region, and acquired a total of 238 valid samples. The study will include the use of reliability analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and structural equation modeling. The conclusions are as follows:(1) employees’ perception of corporate social responsibility to employees has positive impact on organizational commitment, job satisfaction and employee performance;(2) organizational commitment and job satisfaction has positive impact on employee performance;(3) Mediating functions of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employees’ perception of corporate social responsibility to employees and employee performance;(4) Mediating functions of job satisfaction on organizational commitment and employee performance.The relationship model of this research defines the internal mechanism of employees’ perception of corporate social responsibility to employees on employee performance. It puts forward some constructive suggestions to improve employee performance from the perspective of CSR, organizational commitment(affective commitment) and job satisfaction..
