Research On Development Status And Countermeasures Of Guannan Edible Fungi Industry Park

In recent years,in order to improve rural economy, broaden employment channels and increasefarmers’ income，edible fungi industry has been considered as an important point for increasingagricultural efficiency and farmers’ income in many countries and regions. Through the administrativepromotion, typical demonstration, policy support and a series of key initiatives, edible fungusenterprises and demonstration bases have increased year by year. With the rapid expansion of industrialscale and rising standards of facility levels, edible fungus industrial parks are constructed in somedomestic edible musbroom producing districts.The author had selected Guannan County Edible Fungus Industrial Park to questionnaire surveyand field visits, and reviewed of massive related data, he found that edile fungus industrial park as anew mode of agricultural economic development has become the carrier of the technology assembly,achievements transformation, demonstration and generalization, radiation ettect, personnel training, andindustry propaganda. It has been proven by practice that, the construction and operation of parkpowerfully promotes the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements,explores the mode and path for the agricultural industrialized development, promotes the rapiddevelopment of local agriculture and the rural economy, improve the quality of agricultural extensionstaffs and farm employees, and promotes the reutilization of agricultural wastes and improvement ofecological environment. Since the edible fungus industrial park has short development history and rapidindustrial scale development, some key problems has occurred in the construction and development ofsindustrial parks, which are focused at the shot of subsequent invested funds,industrial managementlevel in general,variety structure to be optimized, technology and equipment need to upgrade, brandawareness is weak, sales channel in single, industry chain is not enough rich, deep processing is lowlevel of, the production cost increases year by year,poor ability to resist market risk,land leasing andlabor contradiction highlights,talent introduction and training mechanism is not perfect, lack ofprofessional and technical personnel, scientific research innovation ability is not strong, etc. All theseproblems have made the park lose attraction for enterprises and fail to rapidly develop in scale, and havegreatly weakened converging and radiation effects of the parks.Through the extensive investigation，system integration analysis of current situation of Guannaedible fungi industrial park and refect deeply on the causes,the author thinked that these problems canbe solved by through the mechanism innovation,organization innovation, the improved managementmode and operation mode. So put forwarded the countermeasures to solve the problem：optimizeindustrial park investment and operation management mechanism, play the role of cooperatives andindustry associations, introduction of the new varieties, new technology and new model, improveproduct quality, create famous brand, expand marketing channels, cultivate the leading enterprises,extending industry chain, introduct the deep processing enterprises and raw material supplers,promotion of mushroom residue recycling technology, reduce the production cost, properly handle thedisputes of the land circulationand and so on, seek common development path with farmers,perfect the service system, enhance the security level of science and technology.Hoped to provide some beneficialreference for the construction of other domestic edible fungi industry park, and to promote the benigndevelopment of edible fungus industry.
