Investigation And Research On Technology Extension Model Of Edible Fungi Industry In Anhui Province

Science and technology is the core driving force of the development of modern edible fungus industry.Whether or not it can be transformed into real productivity lies in extending the advanced and applicable technology to farmers' hands.At present,farmers have been divided into small scale and business households,professional farmers and large farmers,family farms,farmers' cooperative organizations,agricultural enterprises and other new types of agricultural business subjects,to the technical content,trading methods,supply main body,The demand of service scale and so on appears structural,scale sex difference.On the basis of accurately grasping the characteristics of the technical demand of the heterogeneous farmers,the innovation of the technology extension mode of edible fungus industry is carried out,which can provide agricultural technology service with strong applicability and high fit degree for the main body of edible fungus industry.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the scientific and technological extension model and its performance evaluation of edible fungus industry in our province for the perfection of science and technology extension system of edible fungus industry in our province and the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.Through theoretical analysis,questionnaire survey and expert interview,there are 7 main types of technology popularization mode in Anhui Province,namely,technology popularization model of technical special personnel and "soil experts" as the main technology extension model and the main types of supply and marketing cooperatives,farmers' professional cooperatives,agricultural colleges and scientific research institutions,government and farmers.The technology promotion mode led by leading enterprises,and analyzes their connotation,application scope,function space,importance and operation situation.Using analytic hierarchy process to determine the objective weight of statistical data,use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to measure the degree of correlation of each index,remove the incompleteness influence of subjectivity and data information,from the 4 aspects,which are the extension mode supply capacity,the service quality of the promotion mode,the service effect of the popularization mode,the full meaning index,and the 15 indexes to me Finally,the service performance of the technology promotion mode of edible fungi was evaluated.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the service performance of the technology extension mode was carried out.Although there are related problems in the promotion mode dominated by the extension agency of basic edible mushroom technology,it is still the most mature technology popularization model in Anhui Province,and the promotion mode dominated by agricultural institutions and agricultural scientific research institutions is trusted and welcomed by mushroom farmers,but the promotion is not enough;enterprises and farmers' professional cooperatives dominate The promotion model is restricted by the level of the extension subject,the advantages and potential need to be further excavated,and the different types of mushroom technology extension model are suitable for the promotion of different types of new agricultural technology.Finally,some suggestions were put forward on the development of edible fungi industry and the optimization of the technology extension model in order to promote the development of the technical popularization of the edible fungi industry in Anhui Province,and provide reference and decision basis for improving the conversion rate of agricultural scientific and technological achievements and the contribution rate of agricultural scientific and technological progress.
