Since WTO has been established, the multilateral trading system has broughtfar-reaching influence on the international economic and trade exchanges, and has a greatinfluence in the international arena. It provides channels of multilateral trade, negotiationand dispute settlement for more than100countries in the world. It covers field of goods, services, intellectual property, international investment and environmental protection etc..With the development of global economy, knowledge economy and service economymatures, and the scope of WTO is expanding. Not only promoting the development ofeconomy and trade, but also it promotes the legal, economic, political system reform anddevelopment. The multilateral trading system, as one of the most popular trading system, has madea great contribution for the promotion of trade globalization. But with the pattern of worldeconomy, political changes, the original system no longer meet the needs of economicdevelopment. While the increasing number of trade fiction between developing anddeveloped countries, as well as for the different demands of international trade fair, makingthe existing multilateral system needs to be to be improved. The multilateral trading system, since its founding, aims to promote free trade andfairness in the world. But because this system was set up by the main developed countries, while developed countries set up by the interests of their own point of view for the wholesystem, it makes the multilateral trade system biased in favor of developed countries. Abiased system can not promote fair process of Global trade in the future. According toMarx’s theory of Fairness and Justice, definition for the different classes of the fair is notthe same. So developing countries, in a weak position, in an attempt to achieve fair andjustice world trade by existing multilateral trading system have great difficulties andobstacles. Only by improving the existing multilateral system and making continuousefforts can developing countries be possible to achieve a relatively fair trade in the future. In this paper, from the perspective of Marx’s fairness and justice, we carried theanalysis and research on the concept of different countries, social environment, andpeople’s view of fairness and justice towards existing multilateral system. We discuss thissubjective problem through dialectical view. At the same time, we analyze and do researchon the existing unfair phenomenon of multilateral trade system, and systematic studycauses of unfair situation.
