Study On The Evaluation Of Technology Innovation Ability Of Manufacturing Listed Companies In Jiangsu Province

Our country enterprise rely on foreign investment and pure technical introduction of theindustrial structure to realize the sustainable development of our country economy, it obviouslyhas difficulties, including lack of innovation which is an important obstacle, enterprises mustrely on independent innovation to upgrade road. In recent years, the governments at all levels andindustry pay much attention on the independent innovation, and it has become a research focus inthe domestic theoretical circles. Therefore, the feasible enterprise evaluation of technologyinnovation ability is helpful for us understanding our country enterprise independent innovationstatus and shortcomings, it provide basis for the decision makers to make industrial policies forenterprise,and it is also good for technological progress and sustainable development of far-reaching influence.In the previous researches, it based on the enterprise level, the factors which influence theinnovation technology and financial and non-financial indicators to establish the enterpriseevaluation of technology innovation ability, and use the2011jiangsu manufacturing listedcompanies in the annual report data to analysis the evaluation of technology innovationability,and then according to the evaluation result,analysis the advantages and disadvantages oflisted companies in the technology innovation to promote technology innovation ability,then putforward the corresponding countermeasures for enterprises.According to the evaluation results, the article concludes the research conclusion:(1) basedon the each dimension of enterprise technology innovation ability, enterprise innovationcomprehensive performance is very important, is the most intuitive performance on the enterprisetechnology innovation performance; System and capital guarantee ability and the innovationability is the most basic and most important factor of the enterprise technology innovation; Donot ignore the impact of innovative human capital and performance of enterprise technologyinnovation capability; Shareholders and closing existing capacity for technological innovationcapability of enterprises is limited, external supervision and technical equipment capacity is also; (2) based on the enterprise the overall technology innovation ability, and the overall technologyinnovation level is low, it need further ascend; In the various segmentation industry ofManufacturing, the overall level of technological innovation ability in machinery industry ishigher than the others.
