According to “The Twelfth Five Year Plan” on high-end manufacturing, high-endmanufactur ing development was the inevitable demand to promote the core competitiveness in China and the strategic choice to win the future in technology and economicdevelopment. The development in high-end manufacturing would accelerate the change of economic growth mode and shifting China from great manufacturing nation to powerful manufacturing nation. However, the development high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise was seriously challenged in today’s low-carbon economy.The idea of controlling the high-end and value-added technology, low-carbonmanufacturing and design was followed by manufacturing power countries. The Americaenterprise aimed at the advanced technology and monopoly carbon product, strove to avoidcompetition in low and middle grade products market. The Industrial advantage was kept inJapan and Germany by keep pushing high industry personnel quality, put high value onupgrading traditional equipment manufacturing industry with high-end and low-carbontechnology, developing the high-end, high value added and low-carbon green equipment withself-owned intellectual property right. Those up-rising star presented by South Korea areadjusting industrial structure to adapt the changes in the international situation. Thus, theenhancement of low-carbon technology innovative ability in Chinese high-end equipmentmanufacturing enterprises would be of great significance to cultivate the core competence,improve the overall level and realize the low-carbon recovery of equipment manufacturing inChina.The present research status at home and abroad was sorted out and a systematicexposition ofthe significance and characteristic of the low-carbon technology innovation inhigh-end equipment manufacturing was given in this thesis. The low-carbon technologyinnovative ability in high-end equipment manufacturing of China and foreign countriesinclude USA, European Union, Japan was studied by comparison. The system of low-carbontechnology innovation in Chinese high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise, includingcore system, bracing system and guarantee system, was established by summarizing theinfluencing factors and modeling of ISM. Evaluation model was created to assess the present status. Representative enterprises were selected and analyzed empirically. Finally,corresponding counter-measures to enhance low-carbon technology innovation capacity ofChinese high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise were given in three ways includingpolicy, information platform construction and talents team building.
