With the accelerating process of globalization,technological innovation has become the key conditionsto improve the quality of economic development and to promote regional economic participation in theinternational division of labor status. As an important part of the system,technology innovation servicesystem promote technological innovation of enterprises,thus contributing to national and regional scientificand technological progress and economic development,enhance national and regional economiccompetitiveness and technological comprehensive strength. Technology services industry use scientific andtechnological knowledge services to create value with a high multiplier effect and has a huge influence onthe socio-economic development.At present, the world’s major countries have build their customer satisfaction evaluation model. WhenScience and Technology of China is enhancing the competitiveness of service industries,but also shoulddevelop their own technological services for customer satisfaction evaluation model. Although there aresome model of customer satisfaction,domestic according to foreign countries also established a customersatisfaction model,but whether is suitable for Chinese science and technology services,it is to be furtherexplored.This paper accurately grasp the characteristics of technology services and define the its concept. Thenbased on the literature review, this paper define the concept of customer satisfaction and customersatisfaction measure. This paper describes the theoretical basis and in accordance with characteristics oftechnology services, combined with Sweden, the United States and Europe, and China’s service industry customer satisfaction index satisfaction measurement model, establish theoretical models for technologyservices and customer satisfaction measurement scale. This paper design the questionnaire to the customerthrough the design of a formal investigation, questionnaires are received immediately. According tocollected data, this study used statistical software SPSS l7.0social scale reliability and validity can be tested,proven effective measurement scale. Further, the science and technology service industry customersatisfaction and the influence of the correlation between the variables and the science and technologyservice industry customer satisfaction and affective correlations between factors are analyzed. There are4main factors Influence of science and technology service industry customer satisfaction, namely theperceived service quality, perceived value, customer expectation and body image. Satisfaction has perceivedpositive correlation with service quality, perceived value and body image, and has negatively correlatedwith customer expectationScience and technology service institutions has a regular survey on customer satisfaction, then canquickly and timely grape discovery science and technology service industry customer satisfactioninformation dynamics and changes. In the further, it can grasp customer needs and expectations of thechanging trends and dynamics, enhance core competitiveness, and ultimately improve organizationaleffectiveness.
