Employee innovation is the foundation of enterprise innovation, in today’s society,innovation is the means and basis for enterprise to adapt to the complex external andinternal environment as well as cope with the fierce global competition. Increasingemployees’ innovation ability is a hot problem in the study on the enterpriseinnovation in the past ten years. As an important area of human resource management,the research of leadership style plays an important role in the employee behavior andinnovation ability, even for employees’ career planning and futhure development. Thispaper is started with the leadership style, in view of the mediation role of creativeself-efficacy to research the influence relationships between the transformationalleadership style and the knowledge employees’ innovative behavior.On the basis of the related theory of human resource management, this article’sresearch method is definitely used leadership behavior theory, leadership trait theory,innovation theory, incentive theory and relevant research results, and methods ofliterature review, investigation, statistics and statistical analysis are used to analysethe relationship among the transformational leadership style, creative self-efficacy andinnovation behavior of the knowledge employees, through being analyzed thereference before scholar’s related research results, this paper come up with thecorresponding hypotheses and build models to be verified in later data analysis.The questionnaire of the influence of transformational leadership style on employees’innovation is compiled on the basis of the relevant theory and the available scale, thequestionnaires are issued to the companies in Qingdao and other area to obtainrelevant data. SPSS19.0application statistical software is used for data processing andanalysis, through the analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis,the relevant relationship between the three variables involved is exploresd in thispaper.In this study the transformational leadership is creatively introduced into the research of the impacting factors of enterprise knowledge employees innovative behavior,the factors affecting employees’ innovation id explored from the perspective ofleadership style. On the basis of consulting a large number of materials, creativelythree measuring dimensions of the innovative self-efficacy are put forward–theconfidence of putting forward innovative thinking, i the confidence of promotinginnovative thinking and the confidence of realizing innovative thinking, in the processof research the corresponding measuring items is also creatively put forward in thispaper and the questionnaire is compiled. In the process of knowledge employees’innovation is researched paying attention to Chinese culture background,questionnaire is designed following the characteristics of Chinese business leadersand staff, this is the pioneering research in china’s situation. And creative self-efficacyis creatively introduced into the relationship between transformational leadership styleand knowledge staff innovation behavior, as the mediation variable between therelationship of leadership style affecting the knowledge staff innovation behavior,creative self-efficacy is put forward and verified in this paper to be the theory concept,this is also the breakthrough and improvement of direct relevance of the original"leadership style and employee innovative behavior," and a new perspective isintroduced to the relationship of leadership style and employee innovative behavior inthis article.The research results show that in the four dimensions of transformational leadershipstyle brainpower,motivation and personalized care have a significant impact on theknowledge employees’ innovation behavior, while the impact of charm behavior onemployee innovative behavior is insignificant.,Meanwhile, the influence relationshipsbetween the Transformational leadership style and employees’ innovation abilitypartly realize by the intermediary variable——innovative self-efficacy. This showsthat in the influence path, transformational leadership style can directly affectemployee innovative behavior, and also can indirectly affect the employee’s abilityto innovate by creative self-efficacy.According to the research results, in the end of this paper points out that in themanagement practice enterprises should properly use the influence relationship of transformational leadership style and the knowledge employee innovative behavior,through the emphasis on the role of transformational leadership, pay attention toemployee self management, and to establish a two-way encouragement mechanism ofthe leaders and staff, effectively encourage knowledge staff innovation, improve theindependent innovation capability and innovation performance. Make enterprisedevelopment be guided by a continuous scientific and advanced management concept,and to promote enterprise development, then promote economic and social progress ofour nation.
