With the rapid development of economy and society,innovation is the momentum which drives development of enterprises continually and is the most crucial competitiveness of them.As the main part of innovation,the innovative behavior of employees of enterprises affect the whole destiny and progress of enterprises directly.Transformational leadership is one of the vital factors to motivate employees' innovative behavior.Transformational leaders have charismatic personality.They can motivate employees' need effectively,build up organizational environment of trust and succeed beyond all expectations.Knowledge workers have more autonomy and creativity.Comparing with ordinary workers,knowledge workers can handle with challenging work and missions better.Different working atmosphere and missions can motivate their enthusiasm effectively.This study mainly introduce role breadth self-efficacy as a mediator variable to examine the mediating role between transformational leadership and knowledge workers.This study will use questionnaire survey as the main research method.The respondents are knowledge workers of enterprises.The questionnaire distribute through WeChat.231 valid questionnaires are get from specimen enterprises.After organizing valid data in normative and rigorous ways,statistical analysis technique is used to analyze the data.This study arrives at following main conclusions.Transformational leadership and its different dimension have significant positive effects on knowledge workers' innovative behavior.Transformational leadership and its different dimension have significant positive effects on role breadth self-efficacy.Role breadth self-efficacy have significant positive effects on knowledge workers' innovative behavior.Role breadth self-efficacy have indirect mediating effects between transformational leadership and knowledge workers' innovative behavior.
