Employees are the main part of enterprise's innovation activities.Their behavior must be affected by the leaders in the process of the implementation of enterprise innovation activities.The differences in leadership manner and leadership style have significant influence on the level of staff creativity.In various leadership style,"transformational leadership" as an important the research field of leadership theory has been got more and more interested by the business community and the academic world."Transformational leadership"affects employees by mobilizing the energies of workers to pursue a higher level of demand.The leader focus on how to find the motivation of employees' work,committed to encouraging employees to transform into a leader,encourage leaders into "career moral "representatives.The relation between leader and employees can be called a mutual incentive and sublimation relationship.There are existing research shows that employee creativity is closely related to the organizational self-efficacy(such as the team's risk-prone atmosphere,the team-based knowledge-sharing atmosphere,etc.)and the employee's innovation.Therefore,by using empirical study method and under the organizational atmosphere of knowledge sharing,the study on the influence of transformational leadership on employee creativity and its intermediate mechanism have great significance to deepen and expand the research in this field.This paper based on the theory of leadership theory,creativity theory and self-efficacy theory conduct a questionnaire survey on 320 employees of R&D department in 13 science and technology enterprises in Sichuan.Taking management personnel and knowledge workers in the enterprise as survey object carry out the questionnaire survey.At the same time,the "transformational leadership","employee creativity","innovation self-efficacy" and "knowledge sharing" are determined as four variables in this study.According to a large number of literature review and related research,this paper form the research hypothesis model which is the relation between the role of innovative self-efficacy intermediary transformational leadership and employee creativity under the organizational atmosphere of knowledge sharing.Based on the standard modeling scale in domestic and foreign,take transformational leadership on the impact of employee creativity as the main line of research,this paper design questionnaire the scientifically and verified the "innovative self-efficacy" variable intermediary role under "knowledge sharing" variable regulation.By using SPSS 13.0 statistical software this paper analyze questionnaire data in the reliability validity test,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.The research conclusion shows that:First,transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on employee creativity;employees' creativity show more prominent when employees perceive transformational leadership;the creativity of employees show more mediocre when employees perceive transformational leadership is weak.Second,the variable self-efficacy factor plays an intermediary role in the process of transforming leader's influence on employee creativity.In the hypothesis phase of this paper,the author use stepwise regression analysis to change the transformational leadership into the regression equation and find that the positive self-efficacy of innovation affects the creativity of the staff while the coefficient of relationship between the transformational leadership and the employee's creativity is reduced.In this way the role of innovation self-efficacy intermediary.Third,the regulatory role of"knowledge sharing" plays between "transformational leadership" and"innovative self-efficacy" variables."Transformational leadership" and"knowledge sharing" those products term both bring the positive impact to,and thus confirmed the hypothesis the regulatory role of "knowledge sharing".The innovation of this paper is that the author puts forward the idea of"knowledge sharing" as the adjustment variable,"employee innovation self-efficacy" as the hypothesis and verification method in the research of mediator variable,to constructs adjustment factor research model of the mediating variable between "transformational leadership" and "employee creativity".Using empirical analysis method to verify the hypothesis of data validation,this paper has theoretical and empirical analysis in transformational leadership effects on staff creativity.The conclusion of this paper not only helps to deepen and enrich the research on the influence mechanism between transformational leadership and employee creativity,but also provide reference for the management practice of science and technology enterprises in China.Under the new situation,enterprises should expand the influence of transformational leadership style on the motivation of employees' potential work motives and innovation behavior,create the internal knowledge sharing atmosphere,pay attention to cultivating and protecting employees' consciousness of innovation,enhance the creativity of employees and promote their own competitive strength.Therefore,the enterprise laid the foundation for its sustainable development.
