In recent years, more and more foreign employees choose to come into Chineseenterprises to work, because of foreign personnel and the particularity of thenationality, enterprises need to take some actions to adopt the fixed employmentmode, so enterprises must take a more flexible mode for employment. And flexibleemployment is a relatively new subject, in recent years it has started to have a risetrend. In2009, the global financial crisis on happened and it has brought a great shockto employment market, more and more enterprises realize the long-term hiring modeis very difficult to deal with all kinds of economic environment changes. So after thefinancial crisis, many companies have started to use the flexible employment mode(temporary, dispatch, project). And after the financial crisis, many foreign staff alsosee the advantages of Chinese enterprises, Chinese human resource market hasbecome more attractive, and foreign staff can also brings more technical advantagesto Chinese enterprises, at the same time, most Chinese companies are willing toemploy foreign workers, so enterprise must change employment mode and hiringstrategy to respond to the changing needs of employment. I think the flexibleemployment is worth of research and analysis, so I chose this subject as the researchobject, and I hope I can get some substantial conclusion.This article is written by the way of "find, analyze and solve the problem", the basicideas are from the real problems and phenomenon, and according to these reasons Ican put forward countermeasures and methods. First of all, study and analyze thedomestic enterprises current situation of employing foreign employees, through theanalysis of the statistical data to find the existing problems, then put forward toestablish reasonable flexible employment system; at last, combined with actualsituation and the experience, use management science principle and methods to solvethese problems.
