This paper focuses on the topic of staff belonging. In this paper, the writer takes the employee of Qiou Group (Taiwanese-invested enterprise) as the sample, most of who were born in the80s and90s. Under the guidance of the theory from domestic and foreign scholars, this paper would like to find the influencing factors of staff belonging. Though the research design and empirical study, we find five factors, including job satisfaction, organization justice, leadership style, promotion and development opportunities, tips and participation. Based on the result, the writer is able to give the company some constructive suggestions. In the future, we can improve the salary and welfare structure, establish fair organization system, effective training and promotion mechanism, good communication mechanism, suggestions and participation platform, and also, we can pay special attention to culture construction of the company and humanized management. All in all, all these measures are to reduce staff turnover rate, improve employees’ satisfaction and loyalty, and improve their sense of identity and sense of belonging. Finally, these would enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
