Research On Evaluation Of Technological Innovative Capability Of Large And Medium-sized Industrial Enterprise In Heilongjiang

The rapid development of world economic globalization brings about the situation that international competition becomes more intense, technological innovation becomes the key to increasing core competitiveness for enterprises and the determinant that enterprise can gain a firm foothold in intense market competition or not,on this basis enterprises’ technological innovative capability consequentially becomes source and propulsion of enterprises’ existence and development. In addition,considering transforming the way of enterprises’ economic increase and providing economic support for Heilongjiang’s ecological province’s construction,large and medium-sized industrial enterprise in Heilongjiang must cultivate and improve autologous technological innovative capability.In this case,how to construct evaluating indicators system of enterprises’ technological innovative capability,compare and evaluate current situation of enterprises’ technological innovative capability,and put forward measures to increase enterprises’ technological innovative capability on anterior mentioned bases,which becomes very important.First of all,this paper defines technological innovative capability’ connotation on the basis of studying and consulting correlative theories at home and abroad,it is believed that enterprises’ technological innovative capability is a comprehensive capability system,which is made up of multiple factors including innovative tendency, input’s capability of innovation resources,capability of innovation management,capability of research and development, capability of production and manufacture,marketing capability,output capability.Secondly, this paper obtain evaluating indicators system of technological innovative capability of large and medium-sized industrial enterprise in Heilongjiang,based on anterior part.Thirdly,this paper analyzes influencing factors of technological innovative capability of large and medium-sized industrial enterprise in Heilongjiang. Fourthly, this paper carries on analysis to technological innovative capability of large and medium-sized industrial enterprise in Heilongjiang, and gets advantages and shortcomings of technological innovative capability of large and medium-sized industrial enterprise in Heilongjiang.Finally,in order to increase technological innovative capability of large and medium-sized industrial enterprise in Heilongjiang,based on results of anterior evaluation and analysis,this paper puts forward measures from enterprises’ autologous capability’s construction and external environment’s construction,which provides some references to increase technological innovative capability for large and medium-sized industrial enterprise in Heilongjiang.
