The Study On Ecolution Of Business Cluster Based On Logistic

Along with the continuous progress of urbanization, the function of the city gradually transform from the production-oriented to consuming-oriented and service-oriented. And what propels the transformation is the business which is dominant in the process of the development of the city. If without the prosperity of business, the modern metropolitan can’t prosper. On the other hand, the diverse shopping mode of the consumer and the fierce competition of the business make the development of the business showing a trend of cluster. Until now the research of cluster is focusing on the producing industry, and the research on business cluster is relatively limited. For this reason this article focuses on the business cluster to explore the dynamic evolution of the process of business clusters and its dynamic mechanism to promote its evolution.In reference to the study of industry cluster, business cluster at home and abroad, this paper analyses the common place between business cluster and biology cluster and innovatively introduces the theory of population ecology. Then this paper, according to the characteristics of business cluster, derives Logistic model of business cluster evolution of list formats and multiple formats. Then this paper describes the process of evolution of the business cluster using the Logistic model of list formats business cluster and divides evolution process of the business cluster to three phases:the primary agglomerative phase、the growing agglomerative phase and the grown agglomerative phase. And then this paper analyses the reason、the driver mechanism、cluster symbiosis stability and direction of the policy by the government in each phase. At last, based on the theoretical analysis, taking the business cluster of Chaoyang road of Nanning as an example, this paper analyses the business of Nanning city and the business cluster of Nanning Chaoyang road. And this paper fits the curve of the evolution of the business cluster of Chaoyang road judging that the business cluster of Chaoyang road is in the grown phase and in the inner of the business cluster the shopping malls stable symbiosis with small and medium-sized commercial enterprises. And, based on the analysis above, this paper puts up some advice for the development of business cluster of the Chaoyang road.
