It has deep meaning to achieve sustainable and healthy development for China’s insurance industry, to promote the social image of insurance industry, to keep the systematic risks in insurance market away, and to defend the interests of the insurance consumers, by reforming and innovating the management system for insurance salesmen in China, and solving these problems gradually.China’s insurance regulatory department realizes that it is important and pressing to reform the current management system of insurance salesmen. CIRC makes market researches in depth in2009. CIRC starts the reformation about the management system of insurance salesmen in China officially in2010. CIRC’s reformation thoughts become clearer, the measures and tasks formulated become more specific and workable until2012. Some insurance companies also show much enthusiasm to the reformation, begin reforming, innovating and exploring the current system one after another according to the policies from CIRC. In practice, the reformation achieves some cheerful fruits, and faces many difficulties as well.How is the current system going to be reformed? Where do complexity and difficulty of reformation show? How is the reformation going to be promoted favoringly? What are the problems going to be noticed in reformation? What is the reformation frame look like? What are the reformation contents? According to the research, the author discovers that the current management system of insurance salesmen in China exists many problems, for example the management system is not local, extensive, and short. These issues are formed from accumulating by many factors. It is a difficult and complicated task to reform current management system. Based on the mature experience from advanced countries and districts, and on China’s actual conditions, the author builds a Chinese-style and dynamic reformation frame, which is called the three-step reformation frame. It means that the reformation is promoted in three different stages gradually. At last, the author makes seven reformation suggestions, in clouding that each insurance company should increase its scales, promote its capital strength and innovation capacity, and improve eight specific management rules by relying on current system mechanism. |
