Based On The Analytic Hierarchy Process BOT+EPC Project Risk Management Research

As China’s overall economic strength of the rapid increase, the government pay more attention to basic industries, public infrastructure investment and construction, the construction of such projects need to invest a lot of money, is bound to bring enormous financial pressure. In addition, China’s infrastructure construction projects and demand is greater than the existing capacity-building, facing oversupply situation, how within the stipulated time of completion of quality and quantity, protection of huge capital investment return guarantees, is worth studying. Given the above project financing and how to effectively promote the construction projects these two issues, discuss the current construction of the more commonly used mode of BOT model and EPC to seek the integration of these two models to solve the current infrastructure problems.This paper describes the construction of BOT Financing Mode and EPC contracting model of the basic theory. On the BOT model, the concept of analysis from the BOT model of participants and their responsibilities, and from the BOT model describes four stages of the model form, the last of analyzing the characteristics of the BOT model.
