The Study On The Construction Of Operational Risk Assessment System Of The H Equity Investment Fund Management

In recent years,wit h the developme nt in the gradual liberalizatio n of private equit y business,the pr ivate equit y fund has become one of the important source s of income for fund manage ment co mpanies.As for the re levant laws inco mplete,equit y invest ment fund companies are fac ing ma ny r isks,how to contro l the risks to he lp companies well operate through t he tough become the top prior ity task.In order to improve the competit iveness,this paper construct the operationa l risk assessme nt system of the H equit y investme nt fund mana geme nt company(H Company for short)to solve the problem o f risk predict ion in the operation.Therefore,this paper analyzes t he current problems o f the H C ompany from the financ ial invest ment bus iness,organizatio nal struct ure and risk manage ment depart ment,find ing out the ma in proble ms exist ing for the manage ment depart ment.Summar ized the ma in s ystemic and non-systemic r isks the H Company faced through the definit ion of operationa l risks.According to the related risks and the bugs o f the H C ompany r isk mana ge ment,built t he operat ional r isk assessment syste m w ith the basic ideas and princ ip les of t he construct ion.Analyze the applicabilit y of this system by the methods of the fuzzy comprehe nsive evaluat ion met hod and AHP.Built the operatio nal r isk evaluatio n index syste m w it h the ident ified the risk factors,then using the AHP constructed the operationa l risk assessme nt system of H C ompany.Based on the survey data of the me mbers in t he operationa l r isk ma nage ment tea ms of the H Company,combined wit h the frequency stat ist ics method eva luate the results of the mode l calculat ion data.Finally,present 13 suggest ions of the H C ompany in the ins ide and outside environments to improve the H C ompany's operationa l risk ma nage ment task.This paper disc usses the operat ional stat us of the H Company,built the operat ional r isk assessment modal o f H Company.Giving t he suggestions of t he H C ompany how to take methods in the comp lex sit uat ion to solve the relevant risk issues,and has practica l significance.
