Research On The Risk Assessment Of F Company's Purchase And Sales System Construction Project

With the development of the information age,Internet food distribution companies have developed rapidly.In order to standardize business processes,improve operational efficiency,reduce labor costs,and achieve information sharing among various departments of the enterprise,it is extremely important to establish a brand-new invoicing system to meet the current enterprise development.However,the invoicing system has the characteristics of large development cost,long period and wide range during the construction process.In the actual construction process of the project,most companies do not understand the characteristics of the invoicing system of Internet food distribution companies,and ignore the invoicing system.Evaluation of system construction project risks often leads to project failure.In order to ensure the successful completion of the invoicing system construction project,the risks of the invoicing project in the construction process must be identified,evaluated,responded to,and controlled.This article combines project risk management theory to conduct risk assessment and research on F company's invoicing system construction project.First,the project risk management theory and research status and methods were sorted out.Second,the project risk was comprehensively identified using the WBS-RBS matrix method to obtain an initial risk list,and then combined with expert opinions to obtain a final risk identification list;Then,use AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the various risk classifications and risk factors of the project,determine the weight of each risk factor by constructing a hierarchy of risk factors,and finally evaluate the risks at all levels of the project and the overall project risk;Finally,classify the risks according to the results of the risk assessment,and then propose control measures for the risk factors with higher risks under each risk classification,and implement the risk control measures to specific work and persons in charge to improve the risk management measures.In the process of combining theory and practice,this paper comprehensively considers the simplicity,usability and scientificity of risk assessment measures,adopts corresponding risk assessment methods and tools at different stages,and gradually builds an applicable F company invoicing system Risk assessment process and mechanism of construction projects,and verify in practice.Through the abovetheory combined with practical research,a more complete risk assessment plan is obtained,which provides a theoretical reference for the current company developers in the risk assessment of the invoicing system project,especially for the development of the invoicing system project in the food and beverage ingredients distribution industry with theoretical guidance and practical reference value.There are 8 pictures,22 tables and 44 references.
