The Research Of New Rural Cooperative Medical System Optimize Rural Income Distribution

The new rural cooperative medical system is an important part of our countryrural social security system, it plays an important role to deal with the problem ofrural medical and health. In addition, as one of the contents of the social securitysystem, it is natural and has the function of redistribution. This paper, took theredistribution function of the new rural cooperative medical system as thebreakthrough point, and combined with the implementation of H village in R city. Itanalyzed and researched the economic situation of farmers before and after take partin this system, the benefits between different income level farmers, and the impactfrom the changes of the system carefully. So, there is a comprehensive understandingon the impact, that how the new rural cooperative medical system acted on theincome distribution in H village,and its shortcomings.There are6parts in this paper. The first part is the introduction, mainlyintroduced the background and significance of topics, research methods andtheoretical basis, the research status at home and abroad, research content andresearch characteristics. The second part mainly introduced Chinese rural medicalinsurance system and income distribution system since the foundation of the state.The third and forth parts are the core of this paper. In the third part, the authorintroduced the economic situation of H village at first, then introduced theimplementation of the new rural cooperative medical system, based on thequestionnaire analysis. The fourth part analyzed the function the new ruralcooperative medical system has on the distribution of H village, and its shortcomings.In the fifth part, it mainly gave advice and countermeasures based on theinsufficiencies mentioned before, in order to optimize income distribution completely.The last part is the conclusion.Through this research, the author found that the compensation mode of the newrural cooperative medical system had some good effect on income distribution, butnot evident. In addition, with the continuous development of the system, the richerfamilies got more and more compensation, but the poorer families got less and less, sothe function of optimize the income redistribution got weaker. According to this phenomenon, maybe we can think about adopting other compensation mode.
