Research On The Level Of Hunan Regional Finance Ecology Under The Adjustment Of Regional Industry Structure

In recent years, the regional finance ecology theory grabs the attention ofdomestic scholars, proposes a new perspective for the study of regional financedevelopment. Many theories and empirical studies have shown that regional financedevelopment has a positive promotion effect to the regional economic growth andregional industry restructuring. Furthermore, for the regional finance ecologicalenvironment and regional economic development, upgrade of regional industrystructure, the theory and emprical studies have showed that the betterment of regionalfinance ecology and upgrade of the regional industry structure is positively correlated.However, as the economic development strategy of every city, upgrade of regionalindustry structure has been achieved successfully, such as transfer of industry to themiddle-west of China. Hunan Province, as one of the most rapidly developpedprovinces of the central region in recent years, has made some achievements onupgrade of the regional industry structure. So, studying the issue of regional financeecology under the context of upgrade of regional industry structure is a newpespective to improve the level of regional finance ecology. And it has theoretical andpractical significances for the study of Hunan’s situation.This article is based on the theory about relationship between the regionalfinance development and upgrade of regional industry structure, and it is started withthe study of level of regional finance ecology and the upgrade of regional industrystructure. Firstly, on the one hand, we analyze the content and features of the regionalfinance ecology with the regional finance ecology theory, and on this basis, define theconcept and significance of the regional finance ecology; on the other hand, weanalyze the connotation and significance of the upgrade of regional industry structure.Secondly, we prove the promotion effect of the upgrade of regional industry structureto the level of regional finance ecology from the view of mathematics, establish theindex system of the level of regional finance ecology and the upgrade of regionalindustry structure, make emprical test on betterment effect of the upgrade of regionalindustry structure to the level of regional finance ecology with pannel data of HunanProvince. Finally, on the basis of theories and emprical tests of betterment of theupgrade of regional industry structure to the level of regional finance ecology, we give some policy recommendations to improve the level of financial ecology ofHunan Province.
