The Research On Regional Financial Ecology

Financial ecology referred to a kind of state that was formed in the interconnection and interaction between the financial body and its subsistence and development environment. The financial ecology system mainly consisted of financial body and financial environment, which relied on each other and affect each other mutually. The enhancement in the construction of financial ecology environment, including the establishment of a well and developed system of social credit, a legal security system, a perfect system of financial supervision, a effective system of financial self-discipline, a standardized intermediary service system and the rigid audit supervision system, will strongly safeguard the sustainable development of the financial industry and will play a very important role in setting up a harmonious society, improving the regional economic competitiveness and making the financial industry bigger and stronger.Guangxi's economic and financial development maintained a good momentum in recent years, and great attention has been attached to the financial ecology environment and it has been constantly upgraded. But, as the less development area in China, there is still something inadaptable in the financial ecology environment of Guangxi to meet the demand of the economic development. We will get started firstly from the analysis of financial ecology environment of Guangxi in this thesis. Based on our research on the various changes in the financial ecology environment during the period of 2003 to 2005, we deemed that there were some problems, such as the worse economic environment, low-level government service, unfavorable justice environment, unimproved social credit system, low quality financial services, less development financial market, narrow financial channel and less normative intermediary institutions and so forth. Generally speaking, the general level of the financial ecology environment is low and the gap among the regions is big. Facing the current problems, this thesis proposed constructive suggestions for four participants involved in the financial resources, such as the functional sectors of the government, financial supervision sectors, financial institutions as well as the enterprises to upgrade the construction of financial ecology, providing strategic policies to promote the fine interaction and sustainable development of the economy and finance in Guangxi, remove the obstacles of the construction of financial ecology, and probe a suitable road for the development of Guangxi's economy and finance.With regard to the research methods, this thesis combined the qualitative analyze and quantitative analyze, adopted the forms of comprehensive investigation and concrete investigation, and utilized the methods of logic analyze, comparative analyze and authenticated analyze to carry out the research on the current environment, obstacles and roads of Guangxi's financial ecology, and the quantitative research on the appraisal system of Guangxi's financial ecology, attempting to supervise and appraise in terms of economic foundation, the deepening extent of finance, public service of the local government, the level of social credit and the environment of legal treatment to probe a road to further research the environment of Guangxi's financial ecology.
