This article mainly concentrates on strategic management of enterprise of BelleGroup Corporation analyzing and probing into some problems and deficiencies in itsstrategic management of enterprises. As a famous enterprise of shoes manufactureand fashionable goods supplies, Belle Group Corporation is of some successfulexperience worthy of reference in many aspects, such as complex organizationalstructure at all levels in the organization system of multiple types、the correspondingorganizational structure established on its organizational features and functions andorganizational advantage fully developing the strategic management of enterprise;besides, the price tactic based on the middle consumption group is beneficial forBelle Group Corporation to follow up and acquaint with some single group inlong-term and take corresponding and sustained market strategy.And with explicitappeal to core value, Belle Group Corporation always sticks to focusing on middleconsumption group and the construction of strategic system of multibrand,meanwhile the group establishes its positioning of brand through strategiccombination of multibrand and sub classification of market appeal, All thesemethods have carved successful sign of the strategic management;But on the other hand, some problems also exist in the current strategicmanagement in Belle Group Corporation, for example, the multiple type in complexorganizational structure causes the low efficiency and insufficient collaborativeability in group vertical organization; the repetition in multiple brands seriouslyimpacts its market recognition and weakens execution ability of the brand spread;the allocation of brand resource can not embody and highlight priorities, therefore itwill inevitably lower the allocation of resource, cause the waste of the famous brandresource and influence the executive efficiency of group corporation.According to the problems above, in the future Belle Group Corporation shouldsustain ably strengthen organizational reform and innovation in the strategicmanagement of enterprises, consummate system of vertical coordination between theorganizational levels in current organizational system. Meanwhile, the companyshould also take some measures of simplification in several aspects according to themarket performance of the multiple brands such as sales, market share and brandcognition and so on; additionally, it should reform and reorganize brand management,establishing special single brand management team in charge of brand management and promotion so as to improve brand management efficiency and enhanceexecution ability of brand popularization.
