With the accelerating of globalization process of Society and Economy, unprecedented opportunities come to the growing Chinese enterprises. The Markets for them are not only in China but also in the whole world. At same time, confronting the competitions from global enterprises, Chinese enterprises have the opportunities to develop or increase their markets overseas. There exist the possibilities to lose shares of the domestic markets. Under new policy and economic situations, how the local enterprise keep increasing the profit ability, stable growing and gaining more competitive edge? It is like sailing against the current, either forges ahead or gradually falls behind.Leather shoes manufacture is one of the representative industries of China Makes. As a leader of Women's shoes manufacturers in China, by keeping breakthrough and rapid growing. Belle has made a noteworthy achievement. It has positive and practical significance to research the Belle's way to success.Combining with her own working experience and on the base of reading a large number of documents including related research papers, and collected relevant data, the author has separately Applied PEST method and uses Baud model and SWOT theory to analyze microscopically environments(Economic environmental analysis, Political and legal environment analysis, Sociocultural environment analysis, Technological environment analysis), industrial competitive environment analysis(Customer analysis, Competitor analysis, latency entrant analysis, substitute analysis, supplier and buyer analysis), also inner environment analysis(Current management status analysis, Company hardware resource, Human resource, Information system resource, Brand resource analysis, inner management analysis, Enterprise culture analysis, Core competitiveness analysis).By means of full analysis on outside and inner environment, individual evaluation and summary Belle's success and failure, utilizing SWOT method to analyze the full range of Belle's performance, to clarify Belle's development strategy and its strategical choices. We hope this paper could provide a good reference for those enterprises to understand current situations scientifically and would be beneficial to decision Support for enterprise development.
