Valuation On AVIC Aircraft Business

With the gradual improvement of China’s capital market, People increasing concern for the theories and methods of valuation. By enterprises or certain types of assets valuation, it can make corporate acquisitions, asset restructuring and other economic activities effectively. For each valuation method has its applicable scope and preconditions. Therefore, the valuation for different types of businesses, the enterprises need to analyze the various influencing factors ultimately determine the method.The focus of this study is the analysis of the valuation methods for aviation manufacturing industry, AVIC aircraft,which is leading listed companies.First, we discuss the background and significance of the topics elaborate the valuation methods currently used and combine the theoretical research at home and abroad.Next were analyzed from three aspects of the fundamentals, the company’s competitive strategy and financial results of the company to have a preliminary understanding of the company. Then analyzed the relative valuation methods and absolute valuation method for the applicability and use of aviation manufacturing industry needs to pay attention to the problem. Focused comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of each method and the problems in the valuation of the company.Finally, the analysis of macroeconomic factors affect the valuation of listed companies, industry factors and the company’s own factors, and objective analysis of the potential risks of the company’s existing, and ultimately concluded that recommendations to investors and business managers.
