Performance appraisal affects employee’s salary level,labor relations and workattitude. Performance appraisal has played an important role in objectivedecomposition, process monitoring, results evaluation and development motivation.Meanwhile, it has multi-faceted impact on human resources management. Therelationship between the maintenance of labor is also important. How to select anappraisal system suitable for corporate、development stage and strategic objective,how to set up appraisal indicator and evaluation criteria, and how to conduct a fair andreasonable appraisal are main questions discussed in this paper.In this paper, AVIC Landing Gear Advanced Manufacturing Corp. is the researchobject.First, literature review on performance appraisal through the basic theory aredescribed. According to moderm achievements management related principle and themethod, then analysis the strategic context of the performance appraisal systemimprovement and restructured company’s strategic planning and organizationalstructure. The paper focuses on the methods to set the company’s performanceappraisal indicators, then analysis the problems of the company’s performanceappraisal system in-depth. Based on the knowledge of human resource management,thia paper makes efforts to explore appropriate performance appraisal system for thecompany. In this study, the strategy map, balanced score card, key performanceindicators and other methods are used to build the company’s overall performanceappraisal system.Further the study build the department’s key performance indicatorsand personal performance indicators.Finally, the paper puts forward the performance appraisal system in theimplementation process of the enterprise management process, builds theimplementation of protection mechanisms and evaluates the performance appraisalprogram.
